For a sales contract covering multiple goods delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the withdrawal period shall begin on the date on which the Buyer or the designated third party takes possession of the last item, batch or part.

3. The Buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller (the “Declaration”).

The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the Buyer has provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

11. Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the original transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another method that does not involve additional costs for the Buyer.

12. The Buyer shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

14. If the Buyer withdraws from a Sales Contract covering the entire order, the Seller shall refund all payments received, including the costs of delivering the goods to the Buyer.

However, the refund of delivery costs shall cover only the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method available in the Store when the order was placed. If the Buyer selected a more expensive delivery method, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional cost resulting from that choice.

15. If the Buyer withdraws from a Sales Contract covering only part of an order, the Seller shall refund the price of the returned goods and, where required by applicable law, the corresponding portion of the delivery costs paid by the Buyer.

In particular, if returning part of the goods does not change the delivery cost applicable to the remaining items, the delivery cost shall not be refunded. If, however, the delivery cost for the remaining items would be lower after the partial return, the Seller shall refund the difference resulting from that change.

16. The cost of returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer, in accordance with paragraph 9 above.
