  • Orders

    • How can I place an order?

      You can place orders on our website via the online store, as well as by e-mail or by phone.

    • Can I change my order?

      Of course, if you want to change your order, please contact us.

  • Delivery

    • How much is shipping?

      The shipping cost depends on the destination. Please use the calculator in the order summary to check the amount.

    • How long does delivery take?

      If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If the item is made to order, the period is extended to 5-7 business days.

    • Can I order a package to a parcel locker?

      We currently have blocked shipping options to parcel machines.

    • Can I choose a delivery day?

      It is possible to arrange the date of delivery, please contact us by e-mail after placing the order. Remember to include your order number and delivery date.

  • Return

    • How can I return the goods?

      Please complete the return form available on our website in the customer service center: https://gtg.com.pl/en/customer-service/returns/returns-form/. You have 14 days from receiving the package to submit the form.

    • Do I have to take the package somewhere in the event of a return?

      In the event of a return, the item must be sent to GTG’s address:

      Please note that shipping is covered by the buyer.

    • Are returns free?

      If the product shows no signs of use, the value of the new product is refunded. Shipping cost is not refundable.

    • How much time do I have to return the goods?

      You have 14 days from receiving the package to submit the form.

    • How will the refund be made?

      The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment method. Your delivery fee will be refunded when a  order is returned. Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process.

    • What items cannot be returned?

      Custom items. Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products cannot be made returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Dostawa na polskiej wersji językowej sklepu dostępna jest tylko dla użytkowników z polski.

Delivery on the Polish language version of the store is available only to users from Poland.
