All products are individually packaged, and each order is shipped in packaging designed to protect it against damage, weather conditions, and unauthorized access. A VAT invoice is included with every shipment as proof of purchase.

The standard order processing time isΒ 1–3 business days, depending on product availability. For products available on a made-to-order basis, the processing time is up to 10 business days.

2. Shipping Methods within Poland

We offer the following shipping methods within Poland:

  • DPD Courier – delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
  • InPost Parcel Lockers – delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.
  • DPD Pickup – delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are displayed during checkout.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries, including:

  • All member states of theΒ European Union
  • Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Georgia,Β andΒ Turkey

International delivery times depend onΒ product availabilityΒ and the destination country. For made-to-order products, the processing time is up to 10 business days.

Shipping costs areΒ calculated automaticallyΒ based on the delivery address and displayed in the shopping cart during checkout.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Changing the Delivery Address

Delivery address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped. If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.
