1. Order Processing Time
   The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on product availability. For made-to-order products, the processing time is up to 10 business days.

2. Delivery Methods
   We offer the following delivery options within Poland:

• DPD Courier – delivery usually within 2-4 business days

• UPS Courier - delivery usually within 2-4 business days
  

• Outside the EU - UPS Courier - delivery within one week, customs charges apply

The delivery cost depends on the chosen shipping method and is displayed during the order process.

1. International Shipping
   We ship internationally to selected countries, including:

• European Union member states

• Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Japan, South Korea, and Turkey

Delivery time abroad depends on product availability and the destination country. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and displayed in the shopping cart during checkout.

1. Shipment Tracking
   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

2. Change of Delivery Address
   Delivery address changes are possible only before the order is shipped. If you need to change the address, please contact us immediately.
