We are committed to ensuring our customers’ full satisfaction, which is why we offer product exchanges in accordance with our Exchange Policy. Below, you will find detailed guidelines on the exchange process to make it as convenient as possible for you.
- The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, unused, and include its original packaging and tags.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the shipment, either using the form below or by emailing gtg@gtg.com.pl. Please include your order number, phone number, and details of the product you wish to exchange it for.
- Products may only be exchanged for items of equal value. If the replacement product is more expensive, an additional payment will be required.
- GTG, as the seller, will inform the customer whether the requested exchange is currently possible, depending on product availability.
IMPORTANT!
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

- Customised products and products listed in the OUTLET section are not eligible for exchange.
