We take special care to complete and ship every order as soon as possible. All products are individually packaged and every order is shipped in a sealed box or hard envelope, protecting it from damage, weather conditions and tampering. Proof of purchase in the form of a VAT invoice is included with every shipment.
Orders sent to addresses within Poland arrive within 1-2 business days from being shipped. International shipments arrive within 5 business days from shipping. You will receive an email from the courier company containing tracking information once the parcel has been shipped.
Please specify the destination in the “Shipping address” field when ordering. The payment address will appear on the invoice included with the order.
Each product is individually bagged and sealed with a cardstock plaque. All orders ship in tamper resistant, sealed envelopes or boxes, which are designed in-house and marked with the GTG logo.
