Return procedure
1. Request a product return using the form
Use the form below to request a return within 14 days from receiving the product from the courier.
2. Send the product to GTG’s address
Pack the products you wish to return and send them to GTG’s address, provided in the footer of this page. Keep in mind, that the customer covers the shipping cost and cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted.
3. Reimbursement
Reimbursement takes up to 14 days from the parcel arriving at our headquarters. Once that happens, you will receive an email confirmation of the reimbursement. The chargeback method depends on the payment method chosen while ordering. In the case of money transfer, the balance will be transferred to the appropriate bank account.
